Return Policy

As a customer shopping within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days. This period begins from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, receive the product. Customers are liable for any transport cost related to the return of a product. Contact me on photography@lowehjort.com to receive a return form.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom made prints based on requests, or digital products such as Lightroom presets.

Shipping

Shipping is available to countries listed on check-out (EU). Prints are shipped to the address provided at checkout, or to a delivery point. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days but please note that is is an estimation and can not be guaranteed.
